This is one of those rare apps that seems to solve a problem and genuinely makes my life better. It has also been steadily developed and improved over the last couple years. Money well spent.

I used the old Deliveries dashboard widget for a years as well as its iOS apps and always thought they were awesome and very useful. However, once Yosemite came out, I realized I was using the Dashboard less and less since many of the widgets I used had been moved to the new Notificaiton Center. So, I’m very glad that these developers have transitioned their app to be a regular desktop app with a handy Notification Center widget. You get way more out of it, anyway, since now you can see where your package is on a map (as you can on the iOS versions) and you get timely notifications like on iOS. It’s just very simple to use and refreshingly unobtrusive. It really does remind me of native Mac apps in that it does what its supposed to do without being too flashy or full of needless extra features or whatever. I do a lot of shopping online and I use this app pretty much daily. As an apartment dweller, it’s handy knowing with certainty when and if packages were delivered and what I can expect to find at my door when I get home. The developers are super responsive to suggestions, too, which I really appreciate.
Lastest update fixed an annoying language mixup with Amazon tracking, now it seems absolutely flawless. This is an essential app for package tracking and to know when approximately you should be watching the door for the delivery guy.
The new version installs itself via launchd and does not have an obvious option to avoid runnig it all the time. When I need to have the system clean to testing, this is a pain in the neck. Uninstalling.
Something broke in the last update and now the app stays visible in your dock if you just want to use the menu bar item only. I don’t want to have it on my dock so please fix! Thanks!
I assumed that there would be some API that automatically tracked deliveries (like TripIt does with travel plans). No such luck, you have to manually enter everything. Not worth the time.
I love this app, but with the recent update, the app stays visible in the dock. I only like to use it as a menu bar item only, and not cluttered with the rest of the apps in the dock. Please please fix this.
This latest update now keeps the app icon in both the menubar and dock. Please put it back to the way it was and have the option to keep the icon in the menubar only. Other than this, the app works great and will give it 5 stars again once the app icon is put back to the way it was.
Lets clear a few things up. Other reviews are saying things broke. It didn’t. If you enable the “Show Deliveries in the menu bar” option in preferences, all you have to do is quit the app and the menu bar item stays and the Dock icon disappears. The app is in the Dock only while running. You can add new shipments in Safari, my most common use case, by clicking the Share icon in Safari. That’s the box with an up arrow in it. Then goto More and enable the option for Deliveries. Now goto a page that shows a tracking number and use that. It’ll find it in the page and you’re on your way. This is a great app by a developer who listens to feedback. Much appreciated!
I use this app on all of my Apple devices and love it for it’s simplicity and flexibility. I even have a neat IFTTT script to auto add deliveries from Amazon to this app, and it’s super seamless.
The Deliveries app does a great job of helping track packages throughout the entire process. It is always simple to add new delivieries, track their progress all the way to their destination, and even referencing back to archived deliveres as needed. Been a user for many years and defenitly enjoyed seeing the additional features added on over time too.
I love this app but it really should be a menu bar icon. Putting it in the dock means it is always in my way, instead of just poping up when I click on it. Every time I command-tab to switch applications it is there in my way. Please go back to menu bar icon only or make the dock icon a preference we can turn off!
I love this app. It is on e of the very few appas that made the transition to my new iMac. Being able to quickly, cheaply, and in one place track all of your packages reliabily is amazing. Easy to use. Ease to read. Amazing.
As an aggregator, it’s decent. The most helpful aspect is its seamless syncing between MacOS and iOS. But it looks more promising than it really is. I’m not sure why, but I expected a little more detail on the map level. AND it fails spectacularly to work with Amazon’s delivery service, even when I enter the correct username and password where required. As Amazon sends more and more packages out via its own delivery service, this is VITAL.
-Easy to use. -Seamless sync across all my Apple devices using the iOS version of the app. -*Extensive* carrier support. -Easy click-through to detailed carrier status info. -Excellent Notification Center Widget.
Ive been using this app for a while, both on my Mac and on my iOS devices. In the past few days, its horribly broken, with all my Amazon orders requiring me to sign in each time I launch the app (either OS X or iOS version). Ive contacted support, and a got a dismissive message, saying that the person would pass my comment onto the developer. This is the exact same reply I got a month ago when I contacted them about another issue. While the app worked well for a while, something is broken, and the poor support makes me give up. Its a shame; there are no other apps for delivery tracking that work as well as this app used to.
Had it worked, it would certainly be a nice app. As it is, I cant get a single package working, which includes French Colissimo, Coliposte, British Royal mail, China post, and others. I understand there are many tracking services to keep up to date with, but as it is, this app is useless in France. Also: how to delete an tem? I will rate it again once it has been updated.
Other apps like Parcel or Aftership allow to track La Poste. Why since some months its impossible in this app ? Please make it work again.
But a small bug since a couple of days: CHRONOPOST FRANCE is no more tracked. I guess this is due to an update on CHRONOPOST system. I hope that the Deliveries developers will correct it quickly !
You guys should add service to Correios from Brazil.
