Horribly broken in current version

Ive been using this app for a while, both on my Mac and on my iOS devices. In the past few days, its horribly broken, with all my Amazon orders requiring me to sign in each time I launch the app (either OS X or iOS version). Ive contacted support, and a got a dismissive message, saying that the person would pass my comment onto the developer. This is the exact same reply I got a month ago when I contacted them about another issue.

While the app worked well for a while, something is broken, and the poor support makes me give up. Its a shame; there are no other apps for delivery tracking that work as well as this app used to.
