Why does it pop up randomly after the update?

I have been using deliveries app for forever.
After the recent update, the deliveries app just randomly pops up.
Seeing the reviews, it’s not just me.
It’s annoying when I’m working on my laptop then suddenly, deliveries app pops up with that chime.
Please fix this.
